Order Processing Times
Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched after it’s placed.
An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed over to our shipping carrier and is officially in transit to your address.
During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may take up to 7 business days due to increased order volume.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is handed over to our courier partners, the shipment is under their responsibility.

We may also ask that you contact the courier directly to file a claim, as most shipping carriers require the customer’s verification for investigation.
If the package cannot be located, we’ll work with you on a fair resolution, which may include a replacement shipment depending on the situation.
Please note that Revioct is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier, but we’ll support you throughout the process and help coordinate follow-up actions.
If necessary, we also recommend filing a police report for documentation purposes.
